The MaverX Method

Six phases that take a business from inconsistent growth to systems it can run itself. Work is founder-led, delivered online alongside your team, and supported — not replaced — by AI.

The six phases

  1. M

    Map

Understand the business as it actually is.

Commercial review, how work is currently won, where margin sits, what the team can realistically absorb, and the constraints that any plan has to respect.

    • Commercial baseline
    • Constraint list
    • Agreed priorities
  2. A

    Align

    Create clarity everyone can repeat.

Positioning, the problem you solve, the offer, pricing posture and the language the whole team uses when they describe the business.

    • Positioning brief
    • Offer outline
    • Messaging set
  3. V

    Validate

Test demand before building around it.

Separating what is evidenced from what is assumed, then running deliberate tests on message, channel and offer so spend follows response.

    • Evidence and assumption table
    • Demand-testing plan
  4. E

    Execute

Install the systems that carry the work.

Outreach rhythm, sales process, CRM and workflows, documented so the business runs them without you standing over it.

    • Sales process
    • CRM and workflow setup
    • SOPs
  5. R

    Refine

    Improve against numbers, not impressions.

A small set of measures reviewed on a regular rhythm, with changes made because of what the numbers show.

    • Measurement set
    • Review rhythm
    • Change log
  6. X

    Expand

    Scale what has been proven.

New segments, services or revenue lines assessed against cost, capacity and demand evidence, then piloted before they are scaled.

    • Opportunity comparison
    • Pilot plan

Common questions

Is the MaverX Method only for one type of business?
No. It is used with founders and leadership teams across sectors. Victoria's experience spans law firms, compliance consultancies, beauty and aesthetics, restaurants and bars, publications, fintech and startups. The phases stay the same; the work inside them changes with the business.
How is the work delivered?
Human-led and digitally delivered. Sessions and collaboration happen online, work is captured in a shared plan, and implementation is done with your team rather than handed over as a document.
What part does AI play?
A supporting one. AI is used to speed up drafting, research structure and repetitive workflow steps. Every output is reviewed by a person before it is used, and no automated tool contacts your clients or changes your systems.
Where should we start?
The MaverX Score is a free twelve-question self-assessment that takes about three minutes and shows which phases matter most for you right now.
