MAVERXCENTRIC LTD is the data controller. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17450979, registered office 8 Cody Road, E16 4SR London. For anything to do with your data, email hello@maverxcentric.com. We are not required to appoint a data protection officer; the founder handles these requests personally.

We hold information you choose to give us. That is typically your name, business name, email address, website and the details you write into an enquiry or application.

The MaverX Score self-assessment keeps your answers in your own browser as you work through it, so you can return to them. Those answers are only sent to us if you use the optional form to ask for a copy of your results by email.

When you submit an application, or ask for a copy of your Score results, we store what you sent in our database so Victoria can review and reply to it, and we email a notification to ourselves. For a Score request we recalculate the score, band and priority areas on our own servers from your answers.

Consent to hear from us about growth strategy and the Accelerator is a separate, optional tick box. Leaving it unticked does not affect your application or your results, and we record either way.

We use Lovable’s built-in website analytics to count visits and understand overall website traffic. This visitor counting is separate from the information you submit through our forms. Our hosting provider also processes request information, such as IP address and browser details, to serve and protect the site.

To reply to your enquiry, assess an application, deliver work you have engaged us for, and keep records required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Internal review notes we make about an enquiry are private to us; you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you at any time.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries, contract performance for client work, and legal obligation for financial records.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example email, database and hosting providers — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Providers act on our instructions and under contract as processors. We never sell or rent personal information.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the provider’s own technical and organisational safeguards. You can ask us which providers are involved in a particular transfer.

Enquiries, applications and Score report requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to twenty-four months from our last contact with you, then deleted. Marketing contacts are kept until you withdraw consent. Client records and anything needed for tax and accounting are kept for six years after the end of the relevant financial year, as UK law requires.

You can ask us to delete information we no longer need at any time, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it.

We only add you to marketing if you tick the separate, optional box. Leaving it unticked has no effect on your application or your results. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@maverxcentric.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), the UK supervisory authority.

We use reputable providers, access controls and encryption in transit. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data by email unless we have agreed a secure route.
