Privacy Policy

We only hold information you choose to give us. That is typically your name, business name, email address, website and the details you write into an enquiry or application.

The MaverX Score self-assessment and the application form save your answers in your own browser so you can return to them. Those answers are not transmitted to us unless you send them yourself by email.

To reply to your enquiry, assess an application, deliver work you have engaged us for, and keep records required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries, contract performance for client work, and legal obligation for financial records.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example email and hosting providers — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Providers act on our instructions and under contract.

Enquiries and applications are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, to meet UK accounting requirements.

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@maverxcentric.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), the UK supervisory authority.

We use reputable providers, access controls and encryption in transit. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data by email unless we have agreed a secure route.
